Returns & exchanges
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't quite right, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back.
How it works
- Email us at support@vivesolterra.com with your order number.
- We'll send you a returns label and simple instructions.
- Pop your items back in their original condition, with tags attached.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of us receiving your return, back to your original payment method.
Please note
Items must be unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached. For hygiene reasons, earrings and swimwear cannot be returned.
